When will my order arrive?
Your goods are taking off from the mystical port of Seattle, WA, and will set sail to reach you. Once you receive the "shipped" email, expect delivery in 1-2 weeks if you're in the US, 2-3 weeks for Canada, or up to 3 months for international orders.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, no. Once you've chosen your artistic artifacts they're yours to keep! So please shop wisely, as I don't do returns or exchanges. Thanks for understanding!
My package is damaged/missing.
If your package arrives a bit worse for wear, or if it's playing hide and seek, let me know via email, and we'll work out a solution. I do my best to pack things securely, but sometimes, packages have a mind of their own!
If it's been longer than expected (refer to "When will my order arrive?"), and your package seems to have vanished, drop me a line, and we'll do some detective work together.
